Host your conference, reception or group event with us!

The Ruebel Hotel and Lodge provide the perfect settings for large group events.  We have both large and small meeting rooms available, and of course guest rooms for overnight functions.  Our restaurant and bar will cater your event, or you may hire an outside caterer if you prefer.

The Great Room at the lodge, pictured above, has seating for up to 125 people, and the hotel conference room, seen left, seats up to 100.  Both facilities feature smaller meeting rooms for breakout sessions.  Seating is flexible and can be arranged in banquet, boardroom or classroom configurations.  

Looking for something a little less formal for your group?  In addition to the lodge and conference room, we can host your party right in the Ruebel Saloon.  While not as private as our other options, a party at the Ruebel has its own special charms.  Call ahead to let us know how many guests to expect so we can make seating arrangements.
